 8.Maintenance Policy 

(1)Customer collect defect camera, check the warranty card of the camera. Make sure the camera is in warranty time(18 months); the start of warranty time is the shipping date from Boly Media, check the SN# belongs to you. 

(2)Make sure the camera do have function defects. Boly Media will not accept on following conditions: No functionality defect, Out of the warranty time, Man-made sabotage.

(3)Commission should be charged if artificial camera and no warranty camera need to be repaired, or if the new package needed, including all the accessories.

(4)The freight cost shall be paid by customer. If the defective camera within warranty time, Boly will bear the return freight, if overdue warranty, customer need to bear two-way shipping freight. 

Special Notice for Delivery: Please send the shipping invoice for Boly approval before delivery.

Q:File not found

A:Possible cause:

  1. The file means the image file. It shows that the system can’t find the image    file when sending the MMS. Just when the system is unstable, it will happen (very small probability).

  Suggestion:

  1. When the GSM and GPRS signal are both OK, please resend again.

  2. When the GSM and GPRS signal are poor, please change a place to try again.

3. If 1 and 2 do not work and the error code 3919 always appears, please send the  camera back for repairs. 

Q: Non-existent address

A:Possible cause:

  1. The user forgets to input the receiving cellphone number.

  2. The user forgets to input the receiving E-mail address.

  Suggestion:

  1.Check the MMS settings, input all the necessary parameters. 

Q:MMS busy; Sending MMS stopped; Sending MMS busy

A: Possible cause:

When start a new MMS sending procedure, the previous MMS sending is not finished, so it will show these information. This is a inner use error, we have the correct programmer design, so it won’t happen in the consumer’s side. 

   Suggestion:

 If it always shows 3926,3927 or 3928, maybe there is a hardware defect. Please send camera back for repair (very small probability).
